Self Esteem Curriculum

High Self Esteem Tips

The hardest barrier against achievement and success is not missing talent or ability but, it is lack of concept that we can and knowing nothing about ourimage of who we are and what is suitable for us. The hardest barrier to love is the fear of being unlovable. This is the weight of self-esteem. So we mustbegin by understanding what is self-esteem.
High self-esteem can simply be understood as the sum of self-confidence and self-respect. Self-confidence is having faith in the whole personality. Selfrespect is feeling personal value. On the whole, self-esteem is an estimate of my mind, my consciousness, and my person. It is not measured success, failure knowledge or skills. So, I can still have self-confidence although I’m not able to deal with some social situations.
One of the Low self-esteem symptoms is tendency to generate depression and anxiety, to feel that I am lacking efficacy and worth is almost to experience existence as frightening and fruitless.Thinking independently is a solution for self esteem, often "thinking" is evaluating opinions of others. Thus, thinking independently in many issues like work, relationships, values which guide our life, goals we set for ourselves builds self-esteem.
And one of the self-esteem offspring is a natural tendency to think independently.
High self-esteem is always the power that forces you to create the best service for life. But always remember, self-esteem is not a given; it is acquired. And it is acquired mainly by thinking independently.
